Executive Leadership: Linda Geng
Linda has dedicated 25 years to the insurance industry in China and Canada, consistently upholding the values of “Love, Integrity, and Responsibility,” and integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into her corporate strategy and personal mission.
In 2009, she founded her own insurance agency, keenly observing the structural problems of widespread underwriting losses and soaring premiums in auto insurance. This led her to rethink the essence of insurance—not only should it provide post-event claims settlement, but it should also prevent risks before they occur.
To explore the future of property insurance, she undertook seven years of cross-disciplinary learning: Harvard Business School, the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, the Canadian Insurance Institute, a driving instructor course at Centennial College, and further studies in data decision-making at Stanford and sustainable development at MIT. She proposed a “dual-engine” risk management concept of “education + technology,” using risk education to raise customer awareness and leveraging technology to empower proactive loss prevention.
Currently, Linda serves as the co-founder and vice president of Aibao, leading her team to enhance community risk management capabilities through education and technology, building a safe, win-win, and sustainable insurance ecosystem. Aibao is committed to becoming the “Costco of the insurance industry,” exploring new insurance models powered by cutting-edge technologies such as autonomous driving, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and blockchain through innovation and collaboration. She firmly believes that future insurance will be a comprehensive, preventative, and intelligent system, becoming a vital force in promoting social well-being and sustainable development.
