Insurance Broker

The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in insurance products and exceptional customer service skills to help clients find the right insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role involves working closely with clients, assessing risk, and recommending appropriate coverage options to protect their assets. Those who have obtained RIBO or LLQP licenses are welcome to apply for this position. For those who do not have relevant insurance licenses but are interested in joining this industry, we also provide full-process (training-examination-listing) assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients’ needs and provide personalized insurance advice on a wide range of products, including auto, home, life, travel, and commercial insurance.
  • Evaluate risk, determine premium quotes, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Branch Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the insurance broker team in the region. You will develop and execute regional business strategies, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and oversee the sales and marketing efforts. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitor activities, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualification:

  • MUST holding a valid insurance license (RIBO, OTL, LLQP).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close sales effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and address their concerns.
  • Proficiency in (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.

Sales Management Assistant

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized Sales Management Assistant to join our growing brokerage team, supports our licensed brokers in handling policy documentation, insurer portal processing, and day-to-day back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed insurance brokers in preparing policy documents, renewal notices, and endorsement requests
  • Enter and update policy information into our broker management systems
  • Organize and maintain accurate client files and documentation
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to follow up on policy statuses and documentation
  • Support the broker team with administrative duties and general coordination

Qualification:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • RIBO license is an asset
  • Prior experience in insurance, finance, or administrative support is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
