About Aibao Insurance

Aibao Insurance helps individuals, families and businesses understand their insurance options, arrange coverage and manage their insurance needs. Our services include discussing coverage, explaining quotations, assisting with policy changes and renewals, and helping clients communicate with their insurers when a claim occurs.

Registered brokerage identity: AI & BAO INSURANCE GROUP CORPORATION

This statement explains how the brokerage is compensated, the financial relationships and potential conflicts relevant to our services, and how you can obtain further information. The commission schedule below covers personal and commercial automobile and property insurance. Other insurance products or referral services require the applicable product-specific compensation and relationship disclosures.

Our Role and Recommendations

We consider your circumstances, coverage requirements and the insurance options available through our brokerage. Available products depend on the insurers and programs we can access and their underwriting requirements. We do not represent every insurer in the market.

Our recommendations take account of coverage, limits, deductibles, exclusions, price and other relevant policy terms. We will explain material limitations in the options available to you, including where a recommendation is restricted to a particular insurer or program.

Your insurer is responsible for its underwriting and claims decisions. Coverage is governed by the issued policy and applicable law. A request for a quote or a policy change does not itself confirm that coverage has been issued or changed.

How the Brokerage Is Compensated

Brokerage compensation generally includes a commission paid by the insurer when a policy is issued or renewed. This is normally included in the insurance premium rather than added as a separate brokerage fee. Commission rates can vary by insurer, product, program and transaction.

The schedule below sets out the commission arrangements for business arranged through Aibao. It describes brokerage compensation, which is not necessarily the amount paid to the individual broker who serves you.

We will bring any applicable increase in the insurer commission schedule or material change in the brokerage’s compensation arrangements to your attention. You may ask your broker to explain the compensation associated with a recommendation.

Additional Compensation and Incentives

Some insurers offer additional compensation under contingent or profit commission arrangements. Depending on the agreement, payment may depend on the overall results of a portfolio, including premium volume, growth, retention or claims experience. These payments are separate from the ordinary policy commission and are not guaranteed.

We will explain incentives relevant to a recommendation so that you can consider them when deciding whether to proceed.

Fees

Any separate brokerage or consulting fee applicable to your transaction will be explained and agreed with you before the related service is provided. Insurer charges and premium-financing costs will be identified separately where applicable.

Ownership, Financial Interests and Conflicts of Interest

Ownership interests, financing arrangements and other business relationships can create actual or potential conflicts of interest. We will disclose applicable relationships so that you can assess them alongside our recommendations.

We will bring relevant conflicts to your attention before or no later than the time of quote, and inform you of new or changed conflicts when applicable. Our responsibility is to provide advice and service with integrity and to treat clients fairly.

We use personal information to understand your insurance needs and provide the services you request. Depending on the transaction, this may involve processing information through our service providers and sharing relevant information with insurers or other parties involved in arranging and servicing your insurance.

We will explain the purposes for which personal information is collected, used or disclosed and obtain consent where required. Requests for driving records, insurance history reports or credit information must be supported by the applicable authorization before the information is obtained. Where residential insurance credit information is requested, we will explain its intended use and your consent choices.

Reading this disclosure statement or visiting our website does not, by itself, authorize these report requests or constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
